Keep the suggestions coming. =============== This is the email that was sent out August 2017 to everyone I had a valid email address for. ========================================================================== Princess Anne High School Class of 1988 - 30-year reunion Hello Classmates-- I can't believe it's been nearly 30 years since we graduated from Princess Anne High School. This time 30 years ago, you were probably filled with a mix of emotions about the upcoming senior year...and beyond. Social media has helped many of us catch up since then. We've watched so many around us become parents, grandparents, or aunts and uncles, while sharing in life's milestones--and occasional setbacks. Many of us have decided to start new chapters in our lives, whether it's by moving, by changing careers, or simply by going in a different direction to pursue something more. For our 25th reunion, we had roughly 250 people between our two functions. The Friday mixer was casual and open to our neighboring classes, while Saturday's main event was mostly just for our graduating class. This gave people two chances (in two very different settings) to reminisce. Everyone really worked hard to put that weekend together and the results speak for themselves. We do not have details yet for our 30th reunion. Generally speaking, we have two options: Early summer (probably late June) or early fall (probably October). Remember, being spread out across the U.S and beyond (and with many of us still raising kids), there is no date that will ever work for all 400 of us--we are simply trying to find a time that gets as many of us together as possible. Please let us know which option works better. We're also asking for current contact information (address, phone, email), as so many of you have moved or have had other changes in your lives. With the reunion getting closer, I'll be doing more on our classmate webpage: http://princessanne88.weebly.com/ More than 300 of your classmates are on Facebook; you can find our group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/112766538805886/ If you missed the video compilations from our 25th reunion, you'll find them here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wHMdIW7PF3M https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5b2n8K3-YY Thank you, Scott Ryan PAHS Class of 1988 |
