This is the website for Princess Anne High School's Class of 1988. Here you can find news about upcoming reunions, past events, or just drop us a line to let us know how you're doing.
Summer 2023:
PAHS Class of 1988's upcoming social will be the weekend of Aug. 18-20. Events and locations are being added to the 35th Reunion page (see link across the top of the page) - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No tickets to buy and no hotel blocks reserved.

Spring 2023:
Hey! Yes, we are working out details of a 35th reunion. Most of us are on Facebook, but we'll also make updates here. Please update me with current contact info, especially if you're planning to attend. Can't spill the beans yet, but it's gonna be fun!
==================
Spring 2022:
We'll continue to add updates here from time to time. Yes, our 35th Reunion is next year--I really don't know what to expect, but I think people are starting to prefer the casual/informal settings over the large-scale functions. It's certainly easier and less expensive to organize.
==================
Winter 2020:
This is the year that most of us will turn 50. Hard to believe. The older we get, the faster time seems to slip thru our fingers. Also added another classmate to our In Memoriam section.
===================
Summer 2019:
Sadly, I stopped in to add the passing of another classmate this year. That is never easy, especially when it's someone you knew and talked with from time to time. On the memorial page you should now also find hyperlinks to either an obituary or other reference to their passing.
I was also saddened to hear about the mass shooting that unfolded in VB several weeks ago. A classmate from '86 was among those who were killed, plus we had at least two classmates who were inside the municipal building at the time of the shooting and at least one classmate who was a police officer responding to the scene.

AUGUST 2018
Hey! We’re less than six weeks away from reunion weekend. We have resumed ticket sales—we just had to work out a few minor details with the venue.
If you didn’t make it to the 25th—or even if you did—please consider joining us at this one. This will likely be the last BIG shindig until the 40th. Social media is great (and, in some ways, not so great), but nothing beats a good time reminiscing with high school friends. And maybe making a few new friends too.
Tickets must be purchased in the next two weeks so we can get an accurate head count for food, etc. It’ll be here before you know it!
TICKET PRICES: $67 per person, plus a cash bar. There is no early bird rate this time and we likely won't be selling tickets at the door.
PayPal option: The email is [email protected] - Please use the FRIENDS AND FAMILY option. Do not use the purchase option--that incurs a fee.
Venmo option: This is a newer, free digital wallet option similar to PayPal. Contact Julie for details.
(We're really hoping everyone is on board with digital payments these days. If not, contact one of us and we'll work it out.)
HOTEL INFO: You must CALL the Westin Virginia Beach Town Center for the block room rate. 800-937-8461 and mention the Princess Anne High School 30th reunion. FRIDAY EVENT: We're still working on it. Keep the suggestions coming.

**Please reach out with current contact info if you haven't done so in 2018. There are several ways to contact me: This website, Facebook, email, cell phone/text. That's the only way this is successful--if everyone works together. This part of the planning is a time-consuming effort. Thank you.

March 2018
At this point, we're almost certainly looking at a date in the fall, likely September or October. I realize that some people are starting to shy away from social media (and I totally understand how overwhelming and intrusive social media can be). If that's you, please let us know--especially if you've moved or have a new email or phone number. You can use the contact form here, thru Facebook, or via my email or cell phone. It really does help when trying to contact all 400 classmates. Everyone did an amazing job at helping locate virtually all our classmates for the 25th, and that's the best way to ensure great attendance at our events.
August 2017
Emails were sent to everyone I had listed (who previously provided an email). If you did NOT get an email from me, please contact me thru the form below, Facebook, text, etc. It'll take a few days to go thru all the replies. Once I sift thru them, we'll work to get in touch with the rest of you.
January 2017
Wow--our 30th reunion is next year! The class before us is holding their 30th reunion Sept. 29-30th. It's expected to include a Friday mixer and a Saturday cruise.
September 2016
The Class of 1987 is discussing their 30th reunion. It might include a casual invitation for our class to their event. Stay tuned!
February 2016
Can you believe we're halfway between our 25th and 30th reunions? Next year, we'll start the long process of reconnecting with all ~400 classmates. Stay tuned! As always, you can contact us here or via Facebook (link in upper right corner of page).
August 2015
I received an email from a man in Nebraska who was trying to organize a 50th class reunion when he found my blog. We talked about some of the difficulties each generation has when it comes to finding classmates. Maybe we'll be able to share ideas.
We recently came across yet another graduation list for our class. As always, it means a few new names (and errors) to weed thru. Check the "Where Are They Now?" section for updates.
August 2014
was contacted by a woman who has no connection to our class, but she stumbled across my reunion blog as part of her own search for classmates. We've agreed to help each other locate classmates. Check back for updates on our efforts!
An ROTC reunion was held April 19, 2014 at the Virginia Beach Hotel and Conference Center for all classes. Dozens of former cadets were there. Plans for a 2018 gathering are already in the works.
======================================================
Our 25th reunion was June 28-29, 2013. It was an unbelievable success! We had over 100 people from various classes at the Buffalo Wild Wings on Laskin Road Friday night, and 130 classmates and guests at the Saturday night party at the Crowne Plaza VB Town Center on Bonney Road.
The reunion wouldn't have been possible with the many donors and contributors listed on our sponsor page--please support them!
As we revisit our old friendships and develop new ones from that weekend, people are already talking about a 30th reunion!
Classmates, if your contact info has changed, use the form below to send us the update.
